This weekend, I had the honor of attending a Coptic Orthodox Engagement Ceremony for my good friend, Dina, and her fabulous fiance, Mike.

Coptic Christians exchange rings at the Engagement Ceremony. The rings are worn on the right hand by both the man and the woman during the engagement, and then the rings are moved to their left hands at the wedding.

After the ceremony, there was food, cake, dancing, Egyptian music - quite the party!
